Cut them when she is sleeping..My 95yr old grandmother has long yellow toenails and hair on her toes about 4 inches long....?
Tell her you love her and would love to pamper her with a Day of Beauty at a local spa. She'll love the attention and that pedicure issue won't be an issue anymore.

Good luck. =^)
ask her if she wants you to trim her toe nails because they look like theyre bothering her and if she says no say ok when you need me to ill do anything ya need, then if she says yeah, while your cuttin the nails, cut off the long hair on her toes without her knowing. Or say you wana do something girly with her and you want to do someones toes and she can get a pedicure today...
buy her some lamisil, for yellowing of the toes, but at her age, it maybe to late, treat her to a pedicure before she start slicing sheets
Perhaps gently ask her if her feet bother her as this can't be comfortable when she's wearing certain shoes, and its not healthy, either. If you or your parents can afford it, treat her to a pedicure - you, your mom and grandma (sisters, aunts, etc.) and call it ';Ladies Day';. This way it won't be an issue or make her or you uncomfortable.

Plus, my 94 year old auntie goes to the podiatrist (a foot specialist) regularly and these issues are taken care of there)
tell her you are taking her to a foot doctor to get them cut

Do not take NO for a answer
JUST TELL HER HOW YOU FEEL AND HELP HER FIX IT
she is 95 freaking years old. you are blessed to still have your grandma! quit worrying about what people are thinking about you...she is old. if she wanted to change it she would. stop caring what other people care about...you might not have her for much longer. and if it bothers you that much take her to a nail salon and pay for a peti for her. maybe yall can bond and you can find out stuff about her and stop caring about what other people think so much
she is 95. Respect her and respect her long life. She knows best abviously that trivialities such as negative attention to insignificant outward traits means nothing in the long run. Try to instead concentrate on all the knowledge and good advice she has to stored up over the years.
very carefully

  1. Some kind of fungus can usually cause yellowing of the toenails. Better have it cleaned by some experts.
