Well I would say, use pumus stone, that way you can get rid of calis. Moisterize your feet daily with a good foot cream and file your toe nalis. This should help hun.

They are pretty bad! Soak them in water for 10 mintues and then paint a clear nailpolish on this. If you ahve a cuticle pusher, that would really work wonders! =)
