Our Jack Russell Chihuahua has had a toenail fall off, and it looks like there is another one that might fall off, with a nail behind it. He is only 2 years old, and we want to know if this is normal or not for dogs of this breed/age? The ones that are falling off are black, and the new ones are white. He he has both black and white nails.Dog toenails falling off/double toenails?
Ok the nails falling of is not normal...You need to take the dog to the vet as soon as possible.
