Cutting Parakeet Toenails?

My parakeets need their toenails cut really bad and i'm afraid i won't be able to catch them and keep them still to cut. Does anyone own parakeets to give me advice on how to cut them?Cutting Parakeet Toenails?
A vet or you could try towelling them and cutting the nails.

You take a towel and cup them in it so they feel secure at this time you can get to their feet and quickly give them a trim.

You can buy pedicure perches and cuttlefish to keep their nail trim as well as normal perches of different sizes to keep their feet healthy. You could try the towelling method but when you do cut them make sure you don't cut into the white bit. Check their feet and beaks regularly to check for mites which live in perches and toys.

Good Luck with that!

Your vet can do it properly for probably 10 dollars or so.
