I definitely notice...in fact it's one of my pet peeves!
That and any woman who doesn't look her best when she leaves the house.
I saw a pretty girl the other day at 7-11 she in a one of those warm up suit or something (looked like pajamas)...Gack looked like she just rolled out of bed!

Yes, I do. And I'm not sure what I'm thinking. Keep them sexy, lighter tones if your going to paint them. No dark colors.
