I play football often and it makes it worse sometimes... what can I do to treat it?I have Ingrown Toenails... What can I do?
I have one rite now and my dad told me to take a nail file and file the ingrown toenail till you cant see it i did that and it doesnt hurt anymore after you file it it take about a day for the pain to go away. When more of the nail comes out file it down keep doing that till the ingrown toenail is gone. Also dont use nail clippers for toenails anymore use toenail clippers. Toenail clippers clip differently than nail clippers so that it prevents ingrown toenails.
