Toenails keep splitting and breaking. what do i do? ?

My answer is that I don't add spam if I give a link, when I supply a source at the end, not within the text.

Also, for your toenails, check first to see that you do not have a sweating/wet-foot problem, athlete's foot (tinea pedis) or other fungus, including yeast infections on the foot or imbalance caused by ringworms under the skin, affecting the nail bed.

Then eliminate a condition called Lichen Planus, of the foot or nails.

So, if you're clear of those complications, you will not have to apply cortisone creams or anti fungals (Lamisil is best IMO), change socks or hosiery every day, bathe alot/soak, pat dry, air dry etc.

Your problem would be internal, with the gelatin in your system = not enough. Take gelatin, even lots of jello to build up your nails in beauty, uniformity and strength. Vitamin E also helps, and you would give 'em a triple punch if you drank Aloe Vera juice for your entire system.

That's every answer in the book, and all i know.
